Refund Policy

• In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund.
• You may call our helpdesk at (+91) 91562 277844 (10:00 am to 5:30 pm India Time - GMT + 05.30 hrs ,except Sunday), and request a return within 7 days of delivery of the product. We will arrange for the merchandise to be collected from the delivery address through courier, and returned to us. We shall process the refund subject to receipt of the merchandise at our location in unused condition in its original packaging along with original tags and invoice, failing which return/ refund may not be possible. Please note we shall not entertain any request after 7 days from delivery of the product. Any returns through courier, must be accompanied by the original invoice, which is shipped along with the products. We will not be able to accept returns which are not accompanied by the relevant original invoice.
• Before accepting delivery of the product/s, please ensure that the packaging has not been damaged or tampered with. If you believe that the merchandise is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our all-day helpdesk at (+91) 91562 277844 (10:00 am to 5:30 pm India Time - GMT + 05.30 hrs), mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. If you have accepted the delivery, and then realized that the package is damaged, please feel free to get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the package. We shall not entertain any request beyond 7 days.
• While we shall make our best efforts to ensure that you are fully satisfied with any product/s you order from www.lordicl.com, for hygiene and other reasons we shall be unable to accept returns of any altered products.
  Exceptions/Non-returnable items- Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom designed Jewellery and special orders. In case, if the customer refused/returned this customized orders, Shipping charges and Payment gateway service charges will deducted.
• In the event that you return any item which is delivered to you in damaged/defective condition, there will be no additional shipping charges.
• If you request a return, at the time of collecting the merchandise, our courier partners shall give you a courier airway bill, which is to be retained for future reference. You are required to keep a copy of the sales invoice for future reference, before handing over the merchandise and the original sales invoice to the courier. We will send the original invoice back to you through courier, after processing your return request.
• After the merchandise is received by www.lordicl.com, and subject to verification of the purchase and condition of products, we shall process a refund/exchange within 7 business/working days of receipt of the product/s.
• Payment will be refunded to the customer through same payment mode. For e.g.: if customer has ordered through credit card, the cancellation amount will be credited back to the same account. Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder's credit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder's issuing bank. Shipping charges and Payment gateway service charges will deducted if the customer refused/returned of a customized order.
• No cancellation is allowed for the Gift Card from ECOM system and customized Jewellery orders.
• Products such as Gold Coins, Gold Bars, Silver Coins, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, Digital Gift Vouchers, Customized Ornaments, Gold Nosepins and Gemstones, once sold will not be taken back (non-returnable) and hence, this policy is not applicable for them.

• We shall not allow any exchange of jewellery products due to the differential that exists, as no two similar jewellery products will be of exactly of the same price. However, we shall make the refund into your account directly and you could make a fresh purchase online.
• Jewellery being precious in nature can only be returned through our authorized courier partners.
